Terms & Conditions of Booking
1. General Conditions
- By booking a model, mannequin, or hostess through Succesrowth, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
- The agency serves as an intermediary between the client and the selected talent.
- The client must provide accurate information regarding the booking requirements.
2. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after written approval (via email or signed contract) and payment of any required booking fees.
- Last-minute changes to the booking require agency approval and may result in additional charges.
3. Services Provided
- Models/hostesses will perform only the tasks agreed upon during booking.
- Any additional duties or extended hours must be approved and compensated accordingly.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide a safe, professional, and respectful working environment.
- If travel, accommodation, or meals are required, the client must arrange or reimburse these expenses unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the booking: No penalty.
- Cancellations between 24-72 hours before the booking: 50% of the agreed fee is due.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the booking: 100% of the agreed fee is due.
- If the agency must cancel, a replacement will be provided if available, or the client will receive a full refund.
6. Payments
- All payments must be completed as per the agreed invoice terms.
- Late payments may result in penalties or future booking restrictions.
7. Image Rights & Usage
- Any commercial or promotional use of the model’s images must be explicitly agreed upon in writing.
- Unauthorized use of photos, videos, or content featuring the model may result in legal action.
8. Confidentiality
- Any personal or business-related information shared between the client, the agency, and the model must remain confidential.
9. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a disagreement, both parties will attempt to resolve the issue amicably.
- If no resolution is found, legal matters will be handled in the jurisdiction of Drc congo, Lubumbashi, Haut-katanga.
10. Acceptance of Terms
- By submitting a booking request, the client acknowledges and agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
